MOONCHILD tells the story of Lana Chen, a Chinese American teenager dealing with the grief of her late father, who finds herself recollecting memories of an ancient Chinese mythology story that her father used to tell her. One strange morning, on her 18th birthday, she receives a package with no return address. On her journey to visit her father’s grave, Lana uncovers a family secret, the true significance of the package, and its connection to her father’s death. She must find a way to embrace the truth and unleash the powers within to save her father’s legacy.
