The Muppet Characters
Sam The Eagle
Sam the Eagle is the epitome of America promoting patriotism and protecting wholesome American values. Often appalled by the antics of the other Muppets characters, like Fozzie Bear, Gonzo, and Kermit. Sam the eagle does his best to keep things under control on every Muppet show, although his pleas are usually ignored.

Gonzo is a multi-talented artist who performs outrageous daredevil stunts. Though an odd looking creature, Gonzo takes pride in his uniqueness and enjoys every adventure he goes on with the Muppets including the occasional space voyage.

Pepe the King Prawn, lovingly known as Pepe, comes to the Muppets from Spain. Pepe moved to Hollywood to pursue his one true calling show business. Peep’s strong spanish accent makes it difficult for him to be understood. As a result he can regularly be heard referring to the Muppets as the “Muffins” or “Muppens”. Pepe is also notorious for comedically calling Kermit the Frog “Kermin”, Fozzie Bear as “Fotzie”, and Rizzo the Rat as “Ritzo”.

Rizzo The Rat
Rizzo the Rat is best known for his big city style, loud personality, and joke mocking all the Muppets characters. While Rizzo loves surrounding himself with those he can easily make fun of, especially Gonzo and Fozzie Bear, he has an untarnishing respect for Kermit the Frog. A Muppet favorite and classic Muppet star he holds no punches in Muppets movies, like “The Muppets’ Treasure Island” and “The Muppets’ Christmas Carol.”

Floyd Pepper
Floyd Pepper is the bass player for the Muppets band Electric Mayhem band. Along with band mates Animal and Janice, Floyd Pepper travels and performs for their infamous Muppet counterparts. Floyd Pepper can be found rocking out on his bass with Animal and Janice on the Muppets show, the Muppets music videos, and in Muppets movies like “Muppets Most Wanted.”

The Muppets
The Muppets (2011) is the first theatrical release from the Muppets franchise in over a decade, and was brought to the screen by the writing genius of Jason Segel. With Segel, Kermit the frog, Miss Piggy, Gonzo, and friends are back in full force! In “The Muppets” movie, the Muppets’ biggest fan Walter, a puppet, his brother Gary (Jason Segel), and his brother’s girlfriend Mary (Amy Adams) join forces with Kermit the Frog to reunite the Muppets and save the Muppet Theater from being demolished by Tex Richman, who plans to drill for oil in the spot at which the Muppet Theater is built.
